This semester, our cohort of economics students has taken the Green Digitalization and App Development course. Under the guidance of our instructor, Mario Blázquez de Paz, we've been working collectively to create and launch our own applications as part of a team project. We've utilized a range of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, Flask, Latex, Python, and JavaScript to architect our apps. Our learning journey has included mastering the deployment of these applications on platforms like Amazon Web Services, and our collaborative efforts have been coordinated through Github. Matias von Haffenbrädl
Matias von Haffenbrädl, who is 24 and hails from Skien, is on his way to earning a Bachelor's degree in Business and Administration from the Western University of Applied Sciences. Prior to diving into his current academic pursuit, Matias gained some hands-on experience with computer programming, specifically in R and JavaScript languages. The driving force behind his decision to enroll in the business program was his desire to thoroughly expand his capabilities and business insight, enabling him to independently sharpen his talents further.
Mathias Martinsen
I'm Mathias Martinsen, a 22-year-old student currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business and Administration at HVL in Bergen. Committed to learning and growing, I aim to enhance my coding skills, as well as understanding more about crucial environmental challenges. In addition to my academic pursuits, I'm also passionate about football and skiing, finding joy and relaxation in these activities whenever I can.
Casper Berle Linnestad
Casper Berle Linnestad, a 21-year-old student from Drøbak, is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Administration at Western University of Applied Science. His passion lies in creating digital solutions to address economic and environmental challenges faced by individuals worldwide. While inexperienced in Python programming, Casper's quick learning abilities have propelled him forward in this course, enabling him to develop the skills necessary to realize his ambitions in digital solution development for the global community.
Elias Slettebak Urke
Elias Slettebak Urke, a 24-year-old native of Stranda, immerses himself in the study of Economics as he works towards his Bachelor's degree at Western Norway University of Applied Sciences. This academic journey not only fascinates him, but also broadens his perspective on the world. Alongside his dedication to ongoing learning and growth, he is focused on developing his coding skills and diving deeper into environmental issues. In addition to his academic pursuits, Elias finds joy and excitement in staying active through various sports activities. His passion for football, in particular, fuels his drive to excel both on the field and in the classroom.

Jesper Gonstad, a 22-year-old from Hamar, is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Western Norway University of Applied Sciences. Finding this course both intriguing and enlightening, it has introduced him to a whole new realm of knowledge. Alongside his academic pursuits, Jesper enjoys staying active and engaging in various physical activities.
Nikodem Wiktorowicz
Nikodem Wiktorowicz, a 20-year-old student based in Bergen, is currently working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business and Administration. Nikodem's passion for computer programming ignited during high school, where he began turning his interest into a reality. Proficient in languages like JavaScript and R and basic konwledge in HTML and CSS, he has cultivated his skills and continues to explore the dynamic world of programming. The primary motivation driving his choice to join the business program was the aspiration to significantly broaden his skills and deepen his understanding of business.

Hi, my name is Alexander and I am a 24-year-old student from Bærum, currently in the final year of my bachelor's degree in Economics and Administration at Høgskulen på Vestlandet. As I near the completion of my studies, I find great joy in balancing my academic responsibilities with my personal interests. Outside of my coursework, I am passionate about playing football and hiking.
Olav Ljones
Olav Ljones is a motivated 24-year-old student from Hardanger, Norway. He is currently enrolled in the Western University of Applied Sciences, where he is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business and administration. Olav is a dedicated and hardworking student with a strong interest in business. He is focused on gaining the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the corporate world. In addition, his experience in the Norwegian army provided valuable lessons in leadership and teamwork. He also actively participates in extracurricular activities and is a member of various student organizations, further enhancing his communication and problem-solving skills.
Jonas Eide Vågen
Jonas Vågen, who is 24 and based in Bergen, is advancing towards a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Western University of Applied Sciences. Alongside his studies, Jonas Vågen has also been competing in high-level football within Norway's OBOS-ligaen. His choice to study business was driven by a desire to deepen his knowledge in finance and economics, enabling him to further enhance his analytical skills and apply them effectively in various financial contexts.
